LUXVENTURE TRAVEL SERVICES,LLC- Terms and Conditions of Service
Effective: January 2026
1.Acceptance of Terms:
By engaging Luxventure Travel Services , LLC( herein after known as “Agency”) for travel planning services, the Client(herein after “Client”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any specific trip details and supplier terms(airlines,hotels,etc.).
- Agency Service & Fees:
2.1 Service Scope: The Agency provides expertise in researching, planning, and booking travel components, earning commissions from suppliers and charging separate service fees.
2.2 Service Fees: Client agrees to pay non-refundable service fees for planning, booking and modifications which are variable based on trip complexity, destination, and time invested.
2.3 Fee Disclosure: Fees are disclosed prior to service commencement and are separate from supplier imposed charges(e.g., airline ticket costs).
- Itinerary Modifications & Changes:
3.1. Initial Modification: The Agency includes one(1) Complimentary itinerary adjustment request per booking(excluding minor, pre- agreed details).
3.2. Subsequent Modifications: Any additional itinerary changes after the initial complimentary modification will incur a non-refundable fee of fifty dollars($50.00) per requested change.
3.3. Supplier Policies: All supplier – imposed change fees, penalties, or fare differences(airlines, cruise lines, hotels) remain the clients responsibility and are in addition to Agency fees.
- Payments & Cancellations:
4.1. A detailed payment schedule will be provided and acceptable payment methods will be provided to the Client.
4.2. Cancellation policies per the supplier will be provided upon booking or upon request prior to booking, all Agency fees are non-refundable as stated above.
4.3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
The Client acknowledges and agrees that all Agency service fees are non‑refundable and that travel planning services are rendered upon payment. By submitting payment, the Client enters into a binding agreement for services.
The Client further agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback for any fees, deposits, or Supplier payments made through the Agency. Any attempt to dispute or reverse charges after accepting these Terms shall be considered a breach of contract.
In the event of an unauthorized or invalid chargeback:
- The Agency reserves the right to dispute the chargeback with the financial institution.
- The Client will be responsible for all outstanding balances, including any fees, penalties, or losses incurred by the Agency as a result of the chargeback.
- The Agency may pursue collection efforts to recover amounts owed.
- Client Responsibilities:
Client must provided accurate information, possess valid travel documents (passports, visas), and review all provided itineraries and confirmation promptly.
- Limitation of Liability:
The Agency acts as an intermediary; it is not liable for supplier actions, errors, or changes in itinerary , pricing, or service quality.
- Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws in Florida, United States of America.
